Two claims
I have a motorbility car for my brain damaged son who is 34years old, then one night someone damaged the back and side, this was parked in a well lit area overlooking houses and with other cars parked by this, I put in to motorbility for the insurance to have this repaired and was then told it was not ONE claim but TWO claims, first £75 on one side for the back and first £50 for the side, I had to agree to this before I could get mine repaired or another car while mine is in Brockfords motor shop, this is a small price for some but a high price for me, but I can not understand why one lot of damage done by some unknown person or persons becomes TWO claims.
Any suggestions?
