The Beautiful, Sandy Beaches of Malaga

As a cosmopolitan city and a municipality in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, Spain, Malaga has so much to offer in cultural attractions, parks and historical sights. But Malaga is also well known for its thousands of kilometres of sandy, pebbled beaches playing with warm waters of the Mediterranean.

All these beaches are situated along the Promenade of Pablo Ruiz Picasso, which is home to many bars and restaurants serving authentic Malagueo cuisine in its true Spanish spirit. Of these, Malagueta and La Caleta are the most frequented beaches visited by tourists.

Visit Malaga just for its beaches and you will be surprised at the variety it proffers. Many fabulous hotels in Malaga located along the seafront offer their own private, selected access to the beach.

Banos Del Carmen

It is well appointed with services like showers, bins, bar restaurants, parking and a public telephone. Recently the beach shoreline has been expanded to accommodate more visitors and improve the beach area. Nearby restaurants, toss excellent seafood dishes with fresh produce sourced from the sea.
